Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Policy :

Returns are acceptable within 2 weeks after you receive the goods, however, goods must be in their original box and in their original condition. Serial numbers on returns must match what is recorded on our computer systems.

  • Returns policy for change of mind/no longer needed/does not fit:

You will be refunded in full including postage costs for sending the item out, however, you need to pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches back to us safely.

  • Returns policy for damaged goods:

We pay all the costs, a free return label will be sent to you and you receive a full refund. But you will need to provide a couple of pictures required by us to help us to claim against the courier. Depending on the item, we can organise courier collection however, we normally use a parcel shop drop off service.

  • Returns policy for non-working items:

We will test the item upon receiving the return. If it is not working, we will pay all the delivery costs, and you’ll receive a full refund. But if the item is working well then it is your responsibility to pay the return postage. For working new items, we will deduct 50% of the item price as the item returned will no longer be new. You will receive half of the refund, postage will be payable by you.

Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We do not refund software once opened, due to exposure of product keys, we do not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as toothbrushes and underwear); personalised items; or unsealed DVDs and CDs. We do not refund any product that requires a key code or product key.

Please note that full refunds may not be provided if the goods are not in their original condition.
