Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Policy :

Return is acceptable within 2 weeks after you received the goods, but the goods must be in the original box and is in its original condition. The return must match the S/N number we recorded in our computer system.

  • Return policy for changing mind/no longer needed/does not fit:

You will be refunded in full including postage charge, however, you need to pay the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure the item reaches back to us safely.

  • Return policy for damaged goods:

We pay all the costs, the free return label will be sent to you and you have a full refund. But you need provide couple of pictures required by us for us to claim against courier. Depending on the item, we can organise courier collection however, we normally use a parcel shop drop off service.

  • Return policy for non-working items:

We will test the item after the item has been returned. If it is not working, we will pay all the delivery costs, and you’ll receive a full refund. But if the item is working well then it is your responsibility to pay the return postage. For new item, we will deduct you 50% of the item price as the item returned will no longer be new. You will receive half of the refund only, postage will be paid by you.

Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We do not refund software as long as it was opened, due to the exposure of product key, we do not accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as toothbrushes and underwear); personalised items; or unsealed DVDs and CDs. We do not refund any product that requires a key code or product key.

Please note that we may not provide you with a full refund if the goods is not in original condition.
